Our Shipping & Delivery Methods
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by IndiaPost if the delivery is in India depending on the weight and size of the product. Generally, the package containing incense sticks are not carried over by air so only road transportation is available within India. For international shipping best possible option means of shipping will be taken where we may use services from UPS, DHL, EMS, India Post etc. depending upon the country and delivery location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are generally dispatched within 36 business hours. Deliveries take 7-20 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days. As per the logistics norms, Incense sticks are usually carried out via road transportation in India.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available, if you want to inquire about your tracking information and means of delivery please write to us at contact[at]shubhanjali.in, we will be happy to reply.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
